Frequently Asked Questions

To pair the Grandstream DP750 with a DP handset, press and hold the "Radio/Page" button on the DP750 base station until the LED starts blinking. On the DP handset, go to the menu, select "Register," and choose "Base 1." The handset will automatically pair with the base station.

The default username and password for the Grandstream DP750 are both "admin." You can change these credentials later for added security.

To find the IP address of your Grandstream DP750, press the "Radio/Page" button on the base station once, and the IP address will be announced. Alternatively, you can check your router's connected devices list for the base station's IP address.
